Traditional built up felt roofing is the typical system found on most flat roofs. Felt roofing offers a low cost, long lasting roofing option well suited to rear extensions.

Usually 3 layers of felt are stuck together with hot bitumen in 3 stages. There are many types of Torch-on Mineral Felt roof systems out there.
Most consist of three layers – a loose layered sheet, a second fully bonded and a cap sheet of mineral felt, high spec, sanded or plain felt.
